Believe it or not, receiving your window and door orders with the wrong sizing or pieces happens all too often with most manufacturers—but not all of them.
And, the worst part is that your customers are expecting their orders and probably aren’t happy campers if they have to wait longer due to a manufacturer malfunction or an order mishap.
That’s not to say that this will never happen, but there are certain actions manufacturers can take to ensure that they reduce the amount of times this may occur.
For example, at Eastern Architectural Systems (EAS), we’ve come a long way and have improved many of our processes to ensure efficient quality control in our warehouse; however, we also acknowledge that there is always room for improvement and we continue to work diligently to ensure the results are aligned with our goals and yours.
Since malfunctions and mishaps can sometimes happen, it helps to know the best action to take if you don’t receive the right size or piece for the windows and doors you ordered from us.
If you’ve received the wrong size or piece for your EAS order, you’ll of course want to get it corrected ASAP. Here is what you should do:
1) Fill out this Service Request Form and send to slandrum@easdternmetal.com (and include a photo of the problem area if possible)
or
2) Contact the service team at EAS at 800-686-8902
