We are currently seeking a customer service oriented Truck Driver to deliver Windows and Sliding Glass Doors our of our Ft Myers, Florida operation to area customers

Key Responsibilities for the Truck Driver position: 
• Operate vehicle in compliance with all local, state, federal and company rules and in accordance with generally accepted practices of safe driving.
• Safely load and unload cargo as required *Complete a Driver’s logbook and vehicle inspection report according to DOT regulations
• Inspect vehicle and required equipment to determine safe operating condition prior to departures
• Review shipping papers for nature of load and special handling requirements as necessary
• Check load on trailer to determine if it is properly secured and safe
• Wear safety equipment when handling material
• Maintain the truck in a clean, safe and positive work environment. *Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Preferred Qualification and Education: 
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Class “A” CDL Driver’s License with 3 years of experience operating a Flatbed trailer
• Clean MVR with no more than one major violation within the past 5 years
• Lift and carry heavy material at least 75 lbs.; climb on and off a flat bed trailer *Occasional overnight stays maybe required
