# Buy America, Build America (BABA) Compliance

### Are You Working on a Federally Funded or U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-Funded Project?

Many infrastructure projects funded through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), HUD, or EPA’s State Revolving Fund Programs now require BABA compliance certification. To meet this need, we provide official letters certifying that the requested products or materials are compliant with BABA requirements.

### How to Request a BABA Letter

Upon request, we will issue a formal BABA compliance letter that includes a certification from our team.
